This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which fees paid to Makoons Kids Preschool & Daycare (“School”, “we”, “our”) may or may not be refunded. By enrolling your child or making fee payments, you agree to these terms.
The Admission Fee, Registration Fee, and Form Fee are non-refundable under all circumstances. These charges secure a seat and cover administrative processing.
Annual Charges, once paid, are non-refundable, as they are allocated toward school resources, academic planning, and operational readiness for the academic year.
Monthly or term fees already paid are not refundable, irrespective of:
Withdrawal of the child
Absence due to illness or travel
Discontinuation of services
Change of program or class
If fees were paid for future months, requests may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the school’s discretion.
Fees paid for special activities, workshops, events, or field trips are non-refundable unless:
The event is cancelled by the school
The school reschedules and the parent cannot attend
If a parent wishes to cancel the admission after paying the fee:
No refund is applicable
All dues up to the cancellation date must be cleared
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through:
Bank transfer
UPI
Cheque
Parents may need to provide relevant bank details for processing.
The school reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time based on management decisions or regulatory requirements.
