3. The admission fee, annual charges and monthly fee are non-refundable unless explicitly stated under a specific refund policy.
4. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate information during admission and communication with the school.
5. The school may contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email for important updates.

2. Attendance & Conduct

1. Regular attendance is expected for the child’s overall development.
2. Any behavioural concerns will be communicated to parents; cooperation is expected to maintain a safe and positive environment.
3. The school reserves the right to take corrective action in cases of repeated misconduct affecting students or staff.

3. Safety & Security

1. Children will only be handed over to authorised guardians listed in the admission form.
2. Parents must inform the school in advance if another individual is collecting the child.
3. The school follows safety protocols; however, it shall not be liable for situations beyond reasonable control (natural events, medical emergencies, etc.).
4. CCTV footage, if used, remains the property of the school and will not be shared except under legal requirement.

4. Health & Medical Policy

1. Parents must inform the school about any medical conditions, allergies or special needs of the child.
2. Sick children should not be sent to school to ensure overall hygiene and safety.
3. In case of an emergency, the school may provide first aid or arrange medical assistance. Medical expenses will be borne by the parent.

5. Fee Policy

1. Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late fees may apply.
2. Non-payment of fees for over 30 days may result in suspension of services.
3. All payments made are recorded digitally; parents are requested to keep receipts for reference.
